Peak Pricing

Peak Pricing is an advanced pricing configuration that allows you to set price differences for vendors based on time of year.

To help illustrate the power of Peak Pricing lets take the example below.

We are a year along market that operates at about 60% capacity in our off-months and 120% capacity in the summer months. to help manage the overflow of vendor interest during our peak season we would like our fees to automatically adjust upward during this time.

If you would like to configure peak pricing first note that it is only available on Vendor Tag and Type fees, it is not available on base map booth fees. Base map booths fees allow price variability based on day of week, week of the year and month of the year.

To get started you will first need to enable peak pricing as it is considered a more advanced option. In your dashboard o to Settings->Advanced and set the "Enable peak rate pricing" to Yes.

Then, edit your event configuration under Event Configuration in your lefthand toolbar. In your event config select Other Fees then click on the pencil edit icon.

Here, create a Vendor Tag or Type fee. In the example below we have a Vendor Tag fee called "Seasonal" with a default price of $50. To configure a season price rate click on the Add vendor tag fee button as shown below.

Then, set the start and end date for the price change.

Below you can see we set a $15 price increase for anyone tagged "Seasonal" between 6/1/2025 and 8/31/2025. After 8/31/2025 the price will default back to the original, in this example $50.

Note that you can set as many seasonal / date based price ranges as you would like per Vendor Tag or Type pricing rule.
